The annual business meeting of the Saint Peter Area Robotics Association (SPARA) members is scheduled to take place on Sunday May 21, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. and will be held in Gorman Park under the pavilion (rain or shine) in conjunction with the Celebration Picnic to look back on a successful year for all our teams (FLL, FTC, and FRC).

Members of the organization are those who paid a seasonal activity fee for the participation of their child(ren) on a SPARA sanctioned robotics team, volunteered for the organization, were a donor to the organization, or registered as a community member at least 60 days prior to the annual meeting.

The order of business at all meetings of the Members shall be as follows:

  1. Roll call
  2. Proof of notice of meeting or waiver of notice
  3. Reading of minutes of proceeding meeting
  4. Report of officers
  5. Report of committees
  6. Ratification
  7. Election/Ratification of Officers
  8. Unfinished Business
  9. New Business

The Members in attendance at a meeting shall constitute a quorum.

Members shall not be permitted to vote by proxy.
